Group Shoot at Glenwood Cemetery - 08-05-2009, 01:24 PM

Join us for a group shoot at Houston's historic Glenwood Cemetery on Saturday, August 15. Gates open at 7am, but you can show up anytime after. We'll plan on parking/meeting at the visitor's center. It's a large location, if you'll be arriving after 7 and want to be able to find someone specific, PM cell# exchange is probably a good idea.

See official website for location/directions and additional info.

We can get some chow at Laredo Taqueria once it gets too hot for shooting.

Who wants to hang with you old timers ???

Jeff,

Most of us try to park close to the visitors center. Then we wander from there.

I just have to brag a little and say that is my photo on the home page of the website. I love Glenwood. I'm working that morning or I'd be there. You guys have fun.

Awesome shot Laurie. I've taken plenty of shots of that angel and her friends, but always from the front or down the hill, never from behind and never noticed the skyline. Cool.

Will two rolls of Neopan be enough?
Nope. I have 3 rolls. I'm way overdue to burn up a bunch of Tmax 100. I just got a box of Tmax 400 and a roll of FRESH APX 100 to go along with some APX 25 that I have been saving for a special occasion.

We will miss you Valerie!

I don't like Ilford. Had to buy it in a pinch. Remembered why I don't like it.

I'll take Ilford 120. Bring it and the lens wrench to Glenwood.

ACK! Crud! I love Ilford, it is all I use for B&W (film and chemicals, 35mm, 120, 4x5).

Allan

PS. That reminds me, I have 16 sheets 4x5 of Tri-X expired I will trade to anyone for anything made by Ilford, expired OK, 35mm, 120 or 4x5 OK. I have shot a few tests and other than some corner fogging from age, negs look good.

No worries Allan. We can arm wrestle for film. Grinning. We'll divide it up fairly. I reckon we can work out something with your Tri-X.

BTW, be sure and tell us if we are making photographs. Grinning.
