Via Colori is a free street painting festival that benefits the Center for Hearing and Speech. More than 175 artists will transfer their original masterpieces directly onto the streets of Allen Parkway and Bagby in and around Sam Houston Park. The event also features live music, great food and other entertainment. The Center for Hearing and Speech is a non-profit organization that offers free and sliding scale services to the more than 133,000 hearing impaired children in Houston.
