Kasey,
I will pass your kind words on to Ray.
You shouldn't need anything else to connect the PocketWizard to your SB-800. The short synch cord that came with the PW should be all you need to connect the PW to your flash. The mini-phone pin goes to the PW and the PC connection will go to the SB-800 via the plug underneath the rubber door on the flash (on the left side of the flash if you are looking at the back / screen side).
If you have any problems, feel free to give us a call or bring the two items in and we can show you how it works. Make sure you bring all PW items with you.
Regards,

Ok, BH is down at the moment, but if memory serves me correctly the cables were 17 or 18 dollars. The cables that came w/ the PW worked perfect with the AB's but not with my 800's.

Hi Kasey,
Unless for some reason your Pocket Wizards were shipped with the wrong sync cords, Mike is absolutely correct - the standard Mini-to-PC should work perfectly with the Nikon SB-800. If you continue to have a problem, please drop by the store and we will be happy to help you.
Regards,
Larry

Hmmmmmm! Wonder why an avid Canon shooter would know these types of things about NIKON's famous SB-800? Guess we'll never know!
Well done Abel

This is the cords that I had to purchase in order to connect the SB800's. The cords that came with my PW's were two male ends for the PW and studio flash...
They were purchased from BH in Jan 07.

They were purchased from BH in Jan 07. | You received the wrong cords with your PW purchase. The standard retail shipment of PW Plus II transceivers (product number 801-125) includes a short (1') mini to PC that will work just fine with the SB-800 (i.e. no additional cord purchase required). You would need to purchase a special cable for studio flashes, but not the SB-800.
Check out the included accessories at the bottom of the page (link below). http://www.pocketwizard.com/HTML/products.asp
If you didn't receive the standard cables with your PocketWizard products, I would complain to your friendly neighborhood online store.
