Saturday, March 1, 2008 — 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Houston Skyline Studio
This year, Bogen Café will be conducting their scholarship course with the students of Rice University. As part of this event, a small invitation-only group of people are welcome to join the students in the studio, where renowned photographer Steven Katzman and representatives from HCE and Bogen will be demonstrating and using lighting, camera support, light shaping tools and other products from the sponsors. After the HCE sponsored lunch, you will be allowed to shoot in the studio under Steven's direction using equipment provided by the sponsors. So make sure to bring your camera equipment. Everything else will be provided!
This year's event will benefit Houston's Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP). We will have the wonderful opportunity to photograph adorable and adoptable pets and their foster-families represented by CAP. We will have approximately ten different foster "kids" and their temporary families to shoot pictures of.
As a special for TPF members, we are reserving 20 seats for this invitation-only Saturday event. These seats will be free and are first come, first serve. So don't wait to sign up. For more information and a full schedule of activities click the link below.
