Just wanted to post a kudos for an experience I had at your store this weekend. I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Jason. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful to me. One more than one occasion, I have felt rushed and sometimes pressured into decisions at your store. This was certainly not the case on Saturday. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted/needed. Jason offered some suggestions and alternatives. I am very happy with my decision. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the kind words. It is often we see comments when things aren't up to the customer's satisfaction. However, it is most uncommon when you get comments of praise (with any business). Thank you.

You are right about Jason. He is VERY knowledgable and I have watched him spend most of a day with a single customer just working through their situation and requirements.

I am glad you enjoyed the experience (especially on a Saturday when it is usually crazy).

I ususally don't get too much help, but I was overwhelmed today...I think I had 4 or 5 people ask to help!! Keep up the good work!!
