Just got notification today that mid Friday afternoon we should have everything except the 70-200 IS (I have ten of those on backorder, but it doesn't look like they are going to ship any time soon... special order???). I currently have the 5Ds and we will even have two 300 2.8 IS' for you to play with. I should also have the 35 1.4.

nah... i was just curious to see what they had in stock for the tax free sale...

im tax exempt as it is, but i sure could use an extra $100-$200 off an item since tax exempt people get the 8.25% off as well.

not too shabby. if mikey has the 35 f1.4 i may have to just bite the bullet on that one... either that or the 300 f2.8L

not sure which. hehe.

Depends on which of these he buys for Lisa first and then he can sneak the rest in while she is admiring her new toy. Course shoes could fill in as well. Preferably high heels so she can use them on a shoot.

Lisa and Abel were in a way responsible for me getting my 1D MKIII recently.

We were all at Tracy's 3/1 workshop and Abel had just gotten his 1D and Lisa had gotten her 40D. Lisa and my hubby were in the same group for the workshop. I think they talked it up so much that it gave my hubby the upgradeitis. See, he had his sights on my 5D and knew I'd pass it to him when I upgraded. So, he surprised me with a 1D just a week or so after the workshop.
