How much will the SB400 and S600 be on sale? Will the S600 include anything like extended warranty and case? Thanks.

The Nikon Coolpix S600 currently has a $50 instant rebate until the end of May and we sell them at $299.95 ($249.95 after the instant). We are also a specialty dealer so that does include the case and 2-year extended warranty. However, if you wait until the tax-free sale, you will end up loosing money. The only sad thing is I am completely out of stock on them and we have over 60 on backorder with Nikon. Due to the national advertising campaign, I am not sure about getting them back in before the end of the month. We will see, keep checking with me.

Now about the SB400... please send me a PM. The SB-400 probably wouldn't be a good option for you with the D80.

Am I missing something? I know there is tax free days on clothing and they just had one on energy star appliances. Is there a state wide one coming up that covers cameras? I can't seem to find anything about it on the comptroller's website.

It's a store promo thing. The store is paying the sales tax for you. Precision in Austin had it a couple of weeks ago. I imagine Arlington Camera does it at some point. I don't know if any other stores would do it.
