Big Nyc Thank U 2 Hce! - 05-31-2008, 12:20 AM

Mike,

I just wanted to say a BIG Thank U to Mike and Abel for MAKING
me buy the Think Tank Glass Taxi from HCE!
I bought this BAG for our TRIP to NYC!
It was an AWESOME vacation to NYC with this BAG!

It was an early Father''s Day gift to me from my Wife and kids!!!!!!!!!

Now I know why I got this bag!

The first pic is my wife HAPPY outside of Tiffany's with her gift and the second one is me thinking what I could have bought at B&H!

She walked out with one item and I could have walked out with several items and change left over......., but it's OK I LOVE her and it was well worth it!!

Thanks,
Angel and Elisa Leal

Yeah, but just look at the size of that Tiffany's bag!

Angel

I have this bag too. A lot of people are missing the boat on this one. If it fits your equipment specs, in my view there is not a more comfortable bag available.

I like the bag because it makes me think about what to carry and keeps me from carrying too much. It is very comfortable compared with other backpacks I have owned and very versatile.

It's pretty BIG, it fits two Canon Pro Bodies, one 24-70, one 70-200 and one 300..

Well, I don't know the going market value of Canon gear but it sounds to me like that Tiffany's bag has many thousands of dollars worth of Canon gear in it. Amazing what can fit in that Tiffany's bag.

Now is that before or after the darn freebie Hawaii trip?

Keep September open as we have put together a photography tour to Paris and Normandy. It will be up on the website in a couple of days if I can get over seminar shock (6 weeks straight with the 7th to come next week).

2 nights / 2 days in Paris shooting beautiful Parisian models in all of the great places and 5 nights / 5 days in Normandy shooting country scenes, travel photography and, believe it or not, cuisine (then we get to eat the stuff... yum). Sorry, supposedly this pro can make Pate' look good. Love to eat it, don't know how you make it pretty.

This is going to be a short list of 18 people and you get to work with a Los Angeles based photographer that has shot for Elle, Vogue, etc., etc., etc. He also lived in France for over 20 years. Knows the modeling agencies, shooting locations and is truly one of the nicest photographers I have ever met (sorry Abel).

Stay tuned. You guys will see the announcement here the minute it goes live.

Later,
Mike

P.S. Angel, looks like you had a great time in NY (your wife certainly did). I love my GT as well. Abel, about the ThinkTank rep. position... I will give you Doug's number, cause you know I am not gonna pay you a commission.
