It's because multiple votes are allowed from each voter. Think of the percentages as being how many of the poll participants voted for a choice, rather than a percentage of the total votes cast.

Y'all be sure and plan this for a weekend when I'll be at the house. Then you can talk about me not showing up. Again.

As big as Houston is, I'm stumped for a location.
