a studios in houston i could refer business to?

Hello everyone. For the last year I have been referring my studio request to a studio in town. I have had poor response from the studio regarding any of these converting to business for them. (about 4-6 studio rental requests a month.)

I have not had a studio for the last year and have no need for one in the immediate future.

I am looking for another studio to refer these to. (my contact information at the bottom of this post)
