Are they photo clubs in the Houston area?

Not sure where to inquire about this, but I'm would like to be part of or start a photo club in Houston where we go out and take photos (obviously) and discuss photo related topics, looking to add to my skills and knowledge. I'm in the Willowbrook/Jersey Village area (Beltway/249).

Good info, as I've been curious about the same thing. I'm in the Sugar Land area. I had been debating about jumping into a class somewhere or finding some type of group, and with my schedule the way it is a group would work better for me I think.

Houston Photowalks (a 500-member local group) has compiled a huge link list of other photo clubs in the area.

Google Houston Photowalks and look in the "message area". While you are there, feel free to join.

Speaking of which, we have two more events planned before our next Movie Screen photo exibit, all members are welcome to submit photos. (forgive the shameless plug). :)
