Help need ideas for me and my sons photo shoot

Hi, I am having a photoshoot scheduled of me and my sons for October. I need some ideas for more modern photo's of us. I am going to use three big photos as my main decor in my living room and then one photo of us above my bed. The idea of the one of us for the bedroom is us three laying in my bed in boxers and white shirts with socks or something watching tv or being goofy. But other then that I have no idea!!! I dont like country pics and my house is definetly modern. I am recently divorced so for some reason these new family photos of just us are important to me. My son's are 10 and 5. THank you for all your ideas and suggestions!!!

Would suggest something along the lines of a photowalk. Maybe go downtown or to the galleria and just have fun. Get ice cream, play arcade games, whatever. Or more simply, take a walk around the neighborhood, go to the playground, play football, swim, etc.

Your photographer should be able to offer some great ideas based on your consultation. I do agree with Bryan, it sounds like some "Lifestyle" images would be a great starting point.
