Sure, I've shot in there a few times. But I don't think that in itself helps you.

I have shot there for my little girls dance class play.....
If your asking about what kind of glass you might need, I would say 70-200 f/2.8 ISO any where from 500 to MAX 1000, pushing... depends on the lighting!

Good luck!

I guess I should have clarified. Has anyone shot there when there wasn't a performance? If so...what do you have to do to get in, cost, etc.? I'm interested in the upper lobby/escalators

do you want to do a model shoot or want to capture the Wortham's fabulous architecture
before a performance the lobby is open & if you are discreet you should be able to get some shots from below
you would need a ticket to the performance to get one from the upper lobby
they do hold open house events to promote the arts
here is one I took during such an event

a much larger version of this can be found here
Wortham escalator 02 photo - Artichoke Vinagrette photos at pbase.com along with shooting information
access to the upper lobby was available as well during the open house events
if you want to do a model shoot, you will probably need to contact the theater management

I'm also interested in the archetecture. I've been to several performances there but you can't just get up and walk out during a performance and be able to get back in. I was hoping there was something one could set up to take photos of the sculptures. I'll give them a call and post what I find out. I'm willing to bet you can only get in during public events.

Yes, they're actually pretty good about working with photographers. If I can remember tomorrow, I'll give you the name and number of the person to talk to who can answer your questions and set things up for you. I've actually been working with them right now in setting up a shot there in October.
