Not sure about quiet, but Oyster Creek Park in Sugar Land has rocks and waterfalls. Have to watch your composition, it's easy to get houses and people in the background.

Oyster Creek is packed on the weekends. There is a small body of water off of highway 6 and 59 that I drive by all the time. Right by Becks Prime. There are really cool rocks there and I've always wanted to take someone out there. They have nice white bridges, too.

If you go to the get together tonight at Raging Cajun, you'll see the rocks & a small creek in the back. Oyster creek is packed in the weekend, and lots of power lines running through. But they having some art pie es throughout the park which makes for interesting pictures.
