David, I really like the glowing effect that the meniscus creates... It would be cool to see it on some x-ray film, since x-ray film does that glowing around strong highlights on its own. I'm definitely going to put the Dremel to work making a mount for the meniscus lens I have...

I have plenty of x-ray film... 8x10 - - you would just need to cut it to fit your holders.

Montgomery College is putting some unwanted darkroom items up for auction. A beseler 45 with condenser head is one of those items. Don't know when or where yet.

Marshall, nice framing and nice treatment... this is one of the shots that identifies you as a true Glenwood photographer... everyone who has been there more than once has a picture of that monument, the weeping angel, the archangel with the sword, the giant oak, and Howard Hughes' grave... and we all shoot and post them over and over.

Yours makes really good use of the trees on either side as a frame and is a standout for that reason alone - - I may have to be "influenced" by your composition the next time I am there. Thanks for sharing this.
