Any interest in a macro shoot meet up?

I'm wondering if there's enough interest to get a meet setup.

Either at my local spot if it's just a few or Mercer if it's many. Looking at October 9th. 3PM to 8ish.

You don't have to have a macro lens. A zoom by itself can work.

So, anyone up for it?

I am in exp if we finish cementing the 22 by Sunday and I get home sunday or even Monday.

Would love it except Sunday evening is not going to work for me. altho I could make it for a little while, say 3-5ish....so I'll say a definite Maybe.

Regardless, might want to pre-screen Mercer, it's been a bit weak with the drought. I haven't been in over a month, hopefully I'm wrong! Also they close at 5pm iirc, the winter hours (5pm close) having been extended year 'round due to budget cuts last I checked.

Garret we TD'd the 22" this morning. I had to cancel my vacation due to wanting to keep my job so I will be in Houston on Sunday and all this coming week. I am down for the macro shoot. Shoot my your address in a PM and we'll meet up.

Seems they're still closing at 5pm. Should be from 12pm-5pm then.
