we're considering going to the rodeo... did anyone have any pproblems getting camera equipment in for the rodeo and concert?

None whatsoever. They didn't even ask me to open my bag. I did take my "holster/drop-in" bag, DRebel, and 75-300IS.

Enjoy. I was supposed to go back tonight with a work related event (private suite, all you can eat/drink, etc.) and had to cancel as I'm "under the weather" - pollen, actually.

I had absolutely no problems bringing a camera in. A couple friends I was with also brought cameras. Same as above, nobody even searched bags or anything.

I think it is specifically allowed, but don't quote me on that :)

I had no problems either, I wasn't sure if I shoudl take my backpack, so i didn't to save the hassle. People kept on starin at my camera though. :oops:
