If I'm in town, and I should be, I'm in.

Since we will have a group together, can y'all give some thought to a good location for some late afternoon-twlight-night skyline locations? Sunday evening may not be the best time for that since there won't be many lights on in the buildings. Just a thought.

I'd love to make it, but around that time I will be deep in Olympic National Park trying to find Bald Eagles or something to shoot (with a camera, of course).

Have fun y'all!

I would volunteer to tote your gear! If I could get away. Olympic N.P. is near the top of my short list of places I haven't gotten to yet, but always wanted to visit.

Enjoy!

Cool - looks like a good turnout so far!

There's a nice but small church along the way towards Main Street - I remember running into it once when I was in downtown - inside it was very nice and peaceful. I wonder if they will allow a group to go in and start photographing. Maybe I will try to find their number and see what they say.

Allright sounds like fun!

Unfortunately guys I am not going to be able to make it for this event after all. My sister is having her court marriage on the 26th. My family is really weird and has decided that her court marriage is as important as the Wedding Day itself - so we are all going to pack in a car and drive to my sister in San Antonio and then go to Austin to be with her fiance. I'm coming back on the 27th, but I don't know what time since it really depends on the family - so I am not sure if I can make it.

I've been debating as such whether to CANCEL this event or not? What do you guys say - there is a decent interest and if anyone is interested in taking over as coordinator then the event can still happen. I'll wait to hear from someone via PM or in this thread by tomorrow - but if I dont hear anybody interested in coordinating I think I will (regrettably) have to cancel the event.

With great regret, I have decided to cancel this event. If you expressed interest in this, look for a PM in your mailbox with some info on the cancellations.

Regrets,

Rajat
