Just something to pounder in, it is something very hard to answer, but just to see the imagination of some of you, the question will be...on the next photographs...where do you think they where taken? (be specific)...if I have told you or if you have read it in some other post then you will be disqualified, you have to have no previous knowledge of this models or of the shots in question, you have to come up with the answer and I hope you are honest, otherwise you are in the running for a surprice gift if you answer it correct, I know it is a dificult one, but again, who says good things are easy, this goes for the ones attending the "Artificial lighting class next week, the ones not attending can also play this one here, but the answer won't be revealed untill the class and it will be given to the first one who responds correctly here and/or at the class... the ones going to the class can answer here or the day of the class, lets see what you all have in those brains...I look forward to see the responses, you can pick any of the pics or both, and the only clue I will give you is...."not a studio setting"...think away!!!

OHHHH...and as an added bonus, can you tell what was used as a background?

Come on people!!! use your imagination, think on the possibilities, it would be fun just to know what you guys see and think, like I said, this one is a hard one, so there is nothing wrong on not been able to guess correctly, but it is just to see where your imagination takes you and the possibilities...

For the catwoman photo, it looks like you're using stacked wire fencing for a background. As for the location - maybe a back alley? So, uh, does that make her AlleyCatwoman?

For the second photo, it appears that the woman is either in the process of being abducted by aliens, or perhaps recently dropped off. See Close Encounters of the Third Kind or any number of X-Flies episodes for similar lighting.

The Cat Woman background looks like a shower curtain. Did you shoot in the bathroom? :D

Is CatWoman in a wine cellar? The diamond shapes in the background remind me of wine rack.

OK! here we go, since no one was able to guess LOL

The first shot, "Cat Woman" was shot on the Lobby of the Magnolia Hotal in Down town Houston, the background was the cover for the air filter on the wall, it was shot with Hot lights, with a Minolta film camera, 200mm lens @ f4 with T-64 Fuji slide film using 500W 3200k bulbs. no retouching, just scanning.

The Second one, the "ALIEN" lol was shot on the hallway of a garage apertment, the background was just the end of the hall ending on a door, the hotlights where placed about 10 inches from the cace on each side and a reflecton on the front to throw a bit more into the face which was on total shadow, shot with the same lighting as the other one, but usind a Canon Rebel this time and softening and a few other editings on photoshop for final effect.

See!!! that wasn't that hard! LOL
