It's been a long time since we had some lunch get togethers for those of us that work in the Westheimer area.

Let's get this going again, especially in these dreary Jan & Feb weeks.

These are casual lunches that just give us time to chat and stuff.

i'm up for it - after january i can do either thursday or fridays but for this month it's kinda up in the air

I shot a couple of brunch reviews in that area. If you really want to get together on a Sunday for brunch, I could recommend a few places I would definetly go back to.

On Fridays, I'm playing rent-a-cop in the Tanglewood area, so I'm game. Otherwise, lunch for me is 0400 at House of Pies. LOL

I work nights, but that never stoped me from getting up in the middle of the day.

Generally between 610 & Beltway (Galleria to Westchase district)

It was originally a get together for those that work in the area during the week, but we had some people show up at some from South Houston and Sugarland (weird, I know)

I eat out for lunch nearly every day during the biz week (I have to escape the cell, errrr cubicle), so am good for any business day.

Richmond is not a problem wither, as it is 'next door'.
Heck, how about some place near Houston Camera Exchange?

I'd love to meet up with y'all -- I'm a "newbie" too and would like to meet more TPF'ers. Close to HCE, there's the Magnolia Bar & Grill. I work downtown, so that's not too far from me but half the time I'm out and about on sales calls, so really no where is far.

Dumpling King is a restaurant I used to work with. It's on Westheimer and Hilcroft, 5 minutes from HCE. If anyone wants some dumpling, that's the best place. "Pork purse" is my favorite.

Lunch sounds great to me, but on the week days I'm tied up during lunch- 22 second graders-help!!!!!!
