Exclamation UTTD: Missing Reflector... Need to Locate. - 12-10-2007, 07:54 AM

Hey there guys... For all of those that attended the UTTD we are trying to locate a 5 in 1 Reflector that was misplaced. The last it was used was after lunch at the Party on the Plaza location.

The reflector can be seen in the photo below, its on the lower left side. If anyone knows of its whereabouts or if someone may have accidentally packed it away please let me know. I really want to return it to it's rightful owner.

Also it may have been placed in someone else's reflector bag by mistake so If you had a reflector out at the UTTD meet please take a look in your bag to be sure its not in there as well.

Thank you.

if this doesn't turn up - i'm all for sending you some money paypal as a donation for a new one.

it's a shame it hasn't turned up, and it's big enough i'm surprised someone hasn't seen it.

You guys are too gracious. Thanks for your generosity, all.

Janet - You are a dear to extend such a kind and generous offer. I won't forget it.

Abel - Jeremy is right, it is a VERY cool gesture of you to offer to order me a new one. If you hadn't picked up my reflector bag which was left behind with my 32" reflector still inside I would've lost that too. It was much appreciated. You've done more than enough already. I won't forget that either.

I'll be contacting the person I loaned it to again tomorrow for any updates on its whereabouts or if they have any plans to replace it. Hopefully, they'll be as considerate as you guys.

Thanks for the *bump*, Paulo!

I PM'ed the member who borrowed my reflector at Jones Plaza. If I get no response soon I feel other members should know who not to loan their gear to as it may not get returned or replaced.

Thanks for the support all.

Rob I think if you don't get it back then there should be a little peer pressure aplied. Sooooooooo whom ever has it come give it back. If it was a mistake then just GIVE IT BACK. It only makes hard for those of us that have extra equipment to bring to events and let others use it. How would it be if there was an equipment requirement to go on these tyoe shoots. If you don't have equipment then your over here in this group and those that do have items over here in this group. The after that is all said and done let the models choose which groups they want to go with. Rob I'm sorry for your lose but hopefully you'll get it back soon. and I didn't mean to hijack your thread... One last thing and I'll be quiet.

Exactly, Dawg. If it was by mistake no harm, no foul, no grudge, nada. Just back to business as usual. Photo gear is hard to come by, hard earned and slips away easily. Not having it available and replacing it impacts other areas of my business. Hopefully they will follow the gracious attitude and professionalism I've learned to expect from the members here on TPF.

Thanks for the support my friend.

Thanks dear,

Your concern and graciousness is greatly appreciated. I'm glad to have met you, even if just to say goodnight, at the TPF Christmas Party last week. I'll make a point of it at the next opportunity.

Thanks for your support,
Rob
