New Hampshire Rail IR - 03-09-2011, 08:40 PM

Critique: CC:

Been a while since I have posted anything in the IR section.

First up, this was a real quick shot before I left the area. I wish I had been more careful about the framing since it is a little off, but I still loved the effect.

This one I have printed 16x20" on metallic paper. It was super overcast, so I am honestly surprised it came out this well.

I had turned in #2 as one of my 10 for critique at the DLWS workshop. It drew a big reaction from the group during the slideshow. I don't think any of them has seen the IR modified camera.

I only see one thing that I can say needs improvement on the first one and you already know. The symmetry is off just a little but man, these are really nice. Cant wait to see what you do with the walk about on Sunday...

Thanks all. I hadn't planned on bringing my IR cam but maybe I should.

Very nice indeed!! I really like how the break in the sky and tracks lead the eye through the photo on the second one. The first shot is great too, however, the bridge appears to slope somewhat.
