E. Fredericktown Ferry Boat - 07-01-2007, 08:21 PM

We went for a ride yesterday (160 miles round trip), went on a back road we've never been on (as we usually do) and found this by accident...
a ferry boat crossing the Monongahela River. So we rode across and went home on the other side of the river.

Andrea, I don't comment much on your images, but rest assured they are awesome.
The first one on this thread is spectacular.

Hi Angelo! It's nice to see someone new commenting here. We had a fun day...not
too many pictures but it didn't matter. We rode a ferry boat.

Oh thanks so much for the nice words Angelo...I had fun processing the first one.

We love little "day trips" like your's -- especially when I can come away with some photos of good subjects as you have.

River rides are nice here Bruce especially when you find the unexpected.

Andrea, You are going to turn me into an IR fan yet... I've never really cared much for it, but your catchy titles (Cow#32, Fishy flowers, etc.) get my attention and I'm never disappointed. But the first shot in this series is just beautiful. I can't imagine that it would look nearly as pretty if not IR...did I just say that? Okay, you did it. I'm a fan.

I need to check out this part of TPF more often.

Regards,
Patti

Keep checking back Patti...we have some mighty fine IR posters here.

The original scene was kinda drab in color IR changed that.

Add one more fan to the list.

And thanks for the nice comment.
