Greetings From South Texas

I noticed the forum a few months ago and finally got around to joining up.

I'm looking forward to the more local forum ( Texas ) for ideas on where to shoot, tips, tricks that work well in the climate we have and general wealth of information that I'm sure is available here. I reside in the San Antonio area.

I do not do photos for money, I do not consider myself to be an artist and do not claim to be one that knows how either! I just enjoy photography, the equipment involved ( technology ) and like to share what I think are nice images and at the same time, trying to learn how to do it better through trial and lots of error.
