Hi everyone! I'm new here from the Cypress area. I'm so happy to finally be bringing my dreams of being a professional photographer to reality! I am in the beginning stages of building my professional portfolio right, and have been learning more and more every day. welcome fellow cypress person... be sure to check out the calendar for local meet up. We have a cypress/ katy one that is off I-10 and barker cypress and also a Cypress one off 290 by willowbrook mall. be sure to come meet and greet and talk shop and all else in-between. |

Can any of you suggest a good location for a shoot I am doing next month? My client wants brick, old building, and railroad tracks as the setting. It needs to be somewhere fairly safe because these will be family portraits with a 12 month old. TIA |

Aren't most railroad tracks on private property? If it's an active track, it may be very difficult to get permission to be on the property around the tracks. There may be some disused tracks around on your side of town, but all the ones over here near NASA are still being used. Take Care, David Baldock |
