Hello Everyone! I am new to this forum and I guess you could call me a beginner in photography, although I have loved taking pictures since I was a little girl. I would like to get more serious about photography and learn all I can and do things right, instead of just winging it, so to speak. I would like to make it a hobby and maybe even into a side job.

I just ordered a Canon Rebel DSLR camera and should receive it some time this week. I cant wait to try it out and post pictures. I welcome all the help I can get.

I look forward to learning a lot!

Welcome to the forum, Christine! I've spent some time in Augusta and frequently traveled to Columbia and North Carolina, so I've passed by Aiken numerous times. I haven't been there often, but it was certainly pretty in the fall.
