Hi everyone,
I thought Id introduce myself and say g'day at the same time.
Ive been pretty keen about photography over the last few years. Been looking /(lurking) around and located this forum, so thought what the heck Ill join up.

Now somewhere as most forums have them will tell you all where I come from. Im a little bit away from most. Im pretty much sitting upside down typing right now :)

I can hear one or two of you say why, why join from across the waters? Well I can answer that with:
I think that there is quite a lot to learn about in photography. Australia has some great photographers but why set myself to one specific concept or ideal. Other countries also have some great photographers as well, their only limitation is their mind. So with that thought in the back of my head, Ive decided to broaden my knowledge and try and gain some experience/ thoughts from a world wide perspective.

Likewise Daniel, there are some fantastic places to visit for photography on both sides of this island.

Im hoping to take a trip to the US next year, just trying to figure out how to get all my camera gear over there :)

I've had the opportunity to visit your "island" several times and place your Great Ocean Highway in my top 10 drives in the world.

Thanks Paul, love to think that I was misplaced :) My wife thinks Im disjointed (or was that unhinged) is that close enough lol?? Texas is one of the many places I love to visit, Im pretty keen to come over and have a look around

Haven't had the chance to do the Great Ocean Hwy, but would like to photograph the 12 Apostles before they deteriorate any further. The coast line is really rugged in some places and then in others like Coral Bay or Broome theres beautiful white sandy beaches.
