Hi everyone~

Just like my name implies I'm a Mom with A Camera (MWAC), I have been taking pictures for as long as I can recall, but just recently moved over to using a DSLR (August 2010), 6 months ago I picked up a copy of "Understanding Exposure" and really haven't looked back. I'm working on mastering my focus and exposure, which will lead to me to improving my family snapshots at least by 100%.

I'm open to any pointers, CC or hints that will help me improve. I don't want my kids to look back on photos and wonder who that blurry mass is/was.

Thanks!

Welcome!

I know what you mean. I'm currently scanning in a bunch of my mom's old family photos (from the 40' on) and wow! Some of them are so blurry I have no idea who or what is in them.

This is a great place to learn and a great group of people.

Enjoy,
