I am not good at forum's, but I already love this one. I'm Gordon, my wife Tiffany and I started this little business almost a year ago to pick up a little extra cash here and there. Business is picking up and I was looking for a way to network other than FaceBook. I started hunting for TexasPhotoForum and well one link led to another, and here we are...
The first night I replied to a request for a Tag Along Assistant posted by Todd Parker with STP Images. The very next day I was picking the brain of an accomplished photographer, while trying to stay outta the way and help as much as possible. Todd was great, he was very free with information and pointers and I soaked it up like a sponge. After we finished the head shots he showed me around STP Images studio. WOW! He and his wife built the studio in a converted 2 story garage. And they did a fantastic job. His artistry comes out wonderfully with the flowing Gallery downstairs, and no nonsense studio on the second floor has more than enough equipment and space to handle just about anyone's needs.
Lastly today when we were headed to a Bridal shoot, I was checking on listings for favorite locations when I ran across a lady asking for outdoor portrait locations in Sugar Land. Since my wife and I are from here and we primarily shoot in and around here I was able to give her a couple suggestions which she responded to with great thanks.

Welcome to the forum....... my wife and I know Todd and his wife, if I had to describe them both, I would have to say that there AWESOME people and photographers! They would help anyone!!!
