I have been away from SLR photography for 15 years. My last camera was a Minolta Mazzum 7000 with a 50mm fixed lens and a 70-210 1:4 (32) telephoto lens. For the past 13 years I have been taking photos with digital cameras and currently have a Sony DSC-H1 and a Canon Power Shot D10. My children are 13 & 8 and are active in school sports and my current cameras are not cutting it due to shutter lag and poor performance in low light for indoor sports. I am off today to purchase a Nikon D7000 and look forward to reacquainting myself with a quality DSLR. |
