New In Sugar Land - 11-27-2011, 01:49 PM

Howdy,

I got my Nikon D3100 back in March. Since then I have been having fun taking photos around the world. The latest trip was to Zion National Park and the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Got some great shots in both places using black and white and color settings. I have a Nikon FM3A camera body on the way to take advantage of the manual Nikon lenses that I have. The FM3A is to replace the FG camera body that is no longer functioning. I realize that digital is the future but there is still plenty of room for film too.

howdy from another SL kid :)

I went to Zion in April as well - I really want to go back and see all the other parks in this area. picturesque is too broad a word to describe that place!
