Hi everyone liking camera's :) - 12-14-2011, 12:47 PM

Herewith I would like to write a short introduction of myselfe.
Raymond is my real name and am living in the Netherlands. Busy with camera's as long as I remember, at least from 6 years of age. Now fotographing with my latest gear: Nikon D700. Oh I do love this camera. Completed with the following glass: 24/70-2.8 and the micro 105-2.8VR. That will do for sometime. At my site you can see my pictures, all made with this setting. If you feel like, you are invited to leave a comment at my guestbook called "gastenboek" in plane Dutch
Wie ben ik
I do not have a special click with any kind of fotography. In everything there is an chalenge for making a nice picture.
Furthermore I like to make my own furnatures. Design and fabricating. So far I designed two wardrobes and an large hollow wall closet for our 50"plasma. Not one wire to be seen. All commanded with the logitech 1100. Now busy in making a nice wardrobe in our restiled bedroom. Made from thick rough wood (warf beams??). It will have two 4 sections folding doors and one fully retractable small 2 mtrs high part. So lots to do.
I work for an company owned by CRH. I try to make work for the people safer and try to make the people work save.....
So far about me.
Oh so important that I have forgotten mentioning it...happy in marriage and we have a great son.
See ya!
Ray

Raymond, out of curiosity, how did you find out about the Pixtus website?

Typically I use 800 pixels on my long side. I've seen bigger, but they can be problematic for people to view if they have to scroll to see it.

I'd recommend max size of 1024x800, I would go no larger than that.

Limit for an avatar is 100x100. Size limit is just underneath the field.

my Avatar is 90x90 and about 6,5 kb, still not excepted.
it's less easy as I exspected it to be... :(

I am doing something wrong I guess, but still according the rules. max 100x100.
Also my uploads are refused. I started my signing in here being banned out within one hour. It must be bad vibes from the Netherkands....
