I just found this site and Wanted to say hi.

My name is Philip but I go by Z_Ghost on all the boards that I post on.

I have a 20D, 17x35L, 100x400L, 400F5.6L prim that I use with a Kenko 1.4 DG Pro TC, the 50mm 1.8 and the 18x55 kit lens. O and I still have the digital rebel as a back up.

I love to go out to the parks and shoot wildlife, mostly bird pics as every time I go to the park with the camera I do not get to see the bobcat but every time I go and do not have the camera I see the bobcat < for the bobcat.

I spend a lot of time in River Legacy Park and have just this year found out about the marsh, seems that we have a lot of rare birds there. I went last Sunday for my walk and seeing as it was raining out I left the camera at home, but I swear I seen 8 Roseate Spoonbills down in the marsh.

All my friends think I am a great photographer ( I know I am just so so and I have told them that) but I love taking pictures and showing them off.

All the pics that say First pics 400 mm F5.6 L are from the marsh.

On Sept 22 I am leaving for Yellowstone (my first time) and will not get home till Oct 8, all my friends that know me think I will probably get ate by a Grizzly bear but then they really do not know me that well, but then I have pushed the limits before (not with a Griz, I know better) so they think I am a little

Welcome to the forum, Philip! Good luck with that Grizzly bear-just be sure to use the 400/5.6 +1.4TC when shooting it, not the 50mm f/1.8.

Your shots look like they may have been taken at the Drying Beds next to River Legacy Park. Is that what you were referring to as the marsh?

Thanks all.
Just wish I had more time right now, but time is getting short for me and Sept 22 is closing in fast and I have so much to do before then.
