Hello from Fort Worth - 11-04-2006, 03:11 PM

Hey guys.

I'm an aircraft mechanic in Fort Worth, work in Dallas (Love Field). I've always loved photography, never had any formal training though.

As far as cameras, I'm a Canon man. I have a 350D with the 18-55mm kit lens, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.8, 100mm 2.8 Macro, and 70-200mm 4L. I also have an A520 for when I need something pocket sized.

Thank you. I made a decision to start investing in quality glass, so far I have not been disappointed. I would have liked to have the faster 70-200, but my budget wouldn't allow it - lol. I've been very pleased with the 70-200 f/4 L so far though. I think I use the 100mm Macro more than anything else, second would probably be the 50mm f/1.4.

I think I am becoming addicted to primes...
