Hi all I've been into photography for quite some time now, since my first Polaroid Land camera in the late 50's and I was a lot younger. My first slr was a Pentax K1000. Learned a lot from that camera, later moved to a ME Super which I used for the better part of 6 years. Bought a Nikon 8008 in 1986(7) and used that camera on numerous vacations until I bought my first digital, a Nikon 950. Used that one for a couple of years until I went Sony and got a 707. Sold that one when I got my Nikon D70 two years ago. Totally satisfied with that camera, still have it, but my D200 and 18-200 lens is on its way from Buydig. Can you tell I upgrade about every two years?? Anyway, I just found this forum today, where have you been?? I just started Googling D200 and found it. I'll be a frequent visitor from now on Rex |

Welcome to the forum, Rex! I shot with an ME Super for a while back when I was learning photography. It's still one of my favorite SLR's--clean, simple, and functional. |

I grew up in Clute and have been through WC quite a few times through the years. --------------------------- I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, and then it petered out and I had to retrace my steps and wasted half a day. |
