Long Exposure - Cabo - 08-28-2009, 12:30 PM

I got to foolin around with some long exposure pretty late one evening (actually two evenings) while I was in Cabo. This definitely sparks my curiosity in wanting to dive into this a little more. I played around with many settings trying to get a crisp photo of the mountains so that I could print out a poster but it just wouldn't work. I played around with different auto focus and manual focus points with large apertures but didn't have much luck. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I'd done some long exposure stuff before but nothing like this. It was PITCH BLACK to the naked eye outside. These were all taken between 11pm and 1am (1 time zone behind the time stamp).

I would have have closed it down instead of with a large aperture.
It would have taken longer for the exposure but the quality would have
been much better.

Yeah, that's actually what I was saying. I just come out backwards sometimes
some of the exposures I made are a minute.
