I like this one a lot! The color of the grasses is representative of what they look like when lit by the sun. I know this has HDR going for it, but is nicely done.

Very nice. I like the way the locals call it Lakey!

Very nice image... Here are a few observations/suggestions:

1. There is a very noticeable halo around the mountains/sky - May be because of blending or effect of shadow/highlight tool.
2. IMO, The bottom 1/3 of the image could be cropped for a more stronger composition as that is not providing any additional interest in the picture.
3. Color is very nice!

Good job...

Nice, Jason. I now think we'll take a drive out there this weekend, if the weather cooperates. Thanks for sharing.

I'm always up for some tweaking / experimentation :) I agree with the Halo effect but I'm not so sure I like chopping the grass. I threw out the blown image in the HDR process to get rid of the halo. I thought the grass added to the picture. Personal pref. I guess. I like the input, thanks!
better or worse?

nice fall color, well done.
I'm with Vibhav on the halo, and a tighter cropping might be better.
really nice image.
