About the file sizing issue. As you've noticed, there is indeed a 300KB limit to files uploaded as attachments to TPF. Files larger than this get aggressively re-compressed and the result is not pretty. Try a JPEG quality of 10 and you should be able to stay under the 300K limit for most images this size without compromising quality. Alternately, if you host the images elsewhere and just embed them in the thread with 'img' tags, there is no limit on file size. |

About the file size, yes I found it when I re-upload the files. Actually, the limit is 293KB :-). Normally, I resize my pictures and "Save for web" never look at the file size and have never had issue with file size. I guess these pictures have so many details that increases the file size quite a bit.
