Thought I'd give it a go. Don't really shoot this type of shot. I have a Meade 1000mm with camera adapter but the shots were a little fuzzy. Went back out with my 300 and they were better. Was just a tad of haze in the air here in East Texas tonight. Canon XSi, Canon 300mm f/4 L, tripod, EXIF embedded.  This is the shot with the 1000mm. Shooting info the same as above except shot with a Canon XT.  |

That first one is beautiful! I didn't have as a good a luck with my 200mm. :( |
