Critique: CC:

This proved a bit challenging for me, the lighting from the traffic played havoc. Additionally, even though my camera was level, the building appeared that it was crooked.
This was taken with my 18-55, with the IS and manual focused. Exposure was 4 seconds with an ISO of 800.

I had taken a photo of the side with a flash, but I liked the dramatic look.

Changed the perspective and local lighting. Very slightly. Can you open the flickr link? I'm not sure why can't I post the pic directly...
