I can imagine standing there and feeling totally alone (in an almost eerie silence), outside of the single bird riding the air currents. Nice contemplative moment evoked from the shot John.

I just love the composition and think it adds to the tranquility invoked by the image:
Just the right amount of sky,
The diagonal in the foreground,
The tree/bush on the right in the LR golden third.
Very nice!
