Texas is not known for having spectacular fall foliage, but there are a few exceptions to this. One such exception is Guadalupe National Park. Whenever the weather begins to change and temperatures begin to dip toward freezing, the trees in McKittrick Canyon and Devil’s Hall Canyon put on their fall foliage display.
What a stark contrast to the areas of Texas plagued this year by drought and wildfires.
I was there during the second week of November and I think I hit the absolute peak of color
