This is an oak tree on the Old Horseshoe Lake trail at Brazos Bend SP. This is one of my favorite areas to shoot in the park when the fog rolls in.

Heck I've been trying to get one I like of this tree for over twenty years and had to convert this one to a B&W before it worked for me...my wife even likes it and has it on her screen at work. Terrific shot Jim. The B&W helps to convey a sense of the eerie about it. Expecting a vampire or werewolf to come out of the fog. very well done.
