First: Where is that? Cool place.
Second: I think you did well for a first try. I do think that the large foreground lightpole is detracting from the overall effect. The best examples I have seen have no foreground in the traditional sense.

Looks like you learned the "tilt-shift" process well! Nice fun image in my mind.
