Life before digital was really tough, you know what I mean? I could shoot a full moon and never knew what I had for up to a several days. Then I was almost always disappointed. Of course, digital has changed all that. I am really getting a kick out of shooting each month when the moon becomes full. For me it is best the evening before when the moon is coming up just as wthe sun is setting and the next night when there is still a little sun reflection as the moon rises.
Shooting over land is esaier because there is less refraction or haze than over the water and the moon seems a little brighter.
All were shot with a Canon 20d 28-135mm IS lens. |
