i dont do many landscapes, mostly because there arent many landscapes around here to shoot. I wish i could do more of them, they are one of my favorite types of photography and i'm prett lame at them, but i'm working on it ;). well anyway i'll stop rambling. here we are, some shots near the local golf course:

Well, IMHO, keep shooting landscapes: these are beautiful -- a wonderful capture of light. Good eye. I especially like the second one. :)

Looks like High Meadow Ranch to me. I used to live in Magnolia before the big boom. Nice pictures.

Are these "as shot"? There is some amazing dynamic range in some of these images. Very good light.

thanks guys! wow, bohonk you're right, it's hole 12 at high meadow, like two hundred yards from my house.

no these are edited, mostly just some color adjustments and vignetting except for the last three, i edited those more.
