Thanks for the warm welcome! There's a story behind this image. A buddy of mine was over at the house one day and I was browsing Ebay. I came upon an auction for 5 acres of land in West Texas. Just for grins, my friend and I put a very low bid on the auction. We ended up owning 5 acres of Prime West Texas Desert (hereby to be known as the Boneless Chicken Ranch). We figured we might as well go look at the land so we took a drive out there. We were taken aback by the stark beauty of the Chihauhau Desert. The land is barely worth what we paid for it, but now I can always say I own a ranch in Texas.  My son, Joe on the Boneless Chicken Ranch, Terlingua, Texas. |
