I emailed them to ask.. this is the response I got:

We are scheduled to release the end of the first week in June. Provided there are no more hick-ups in the process, we are right on schedule to do so. Thank you for your patience, we are very excited to release the JrX and are working diligently to make them available as soon as possible!

Best Regards,

Okay, it's the first week of June, so I feel like a kid waiting on Santa. I guess clicking on their website repeatedly isn't going to get them to release them any faster.

I really wanted to go with them. But I hate the announcement and wait.. and wait.. and wait.

I went with pocket wizards. They may be more expensive, but they are available.

I can wait because I will be able to control my 580's and alienbees @ the same time with much greater range..

I know things happen with manufacturing products, So I will wait on Kevin and the RadioPopper team to get it RIGHT unlike PW's rush too market with limited range of the miniTT1 and FlexTT5 and issues with other speedlites in the canon list.

I was told around the 11th of june but it could be a little longer for the JrX.

But you have too get what you need when you need it.... Sometimes waiting isn't an option...

If you can, go with the PX1's.... they are awesome and very reliable. I try to pimp them (use them) whenever possible.

I have called radiopopper at least once a month and they always tell me that at the end of the next month that the JR will be released. I got tired of waiting and went ahead and ordered the Alienbee cybersync and i am very happy with them.
