Love the lighting, and appreciate the diagram in the first one. I'd have never thought to put a light behind a plant to get the patterned effect on the background. Gonna tuck that one away for later use. The only nit that I have on the first shot is that her skin looks plastic, especially under her right eye. It appears to be totally devoid of any texture. At first I wasn't sure if I was looking at a real person or a doll.

Nice light! The fall-off/spotlight effect is great, but perhaps a little high? And to be picky, I think the highlights in her eyes could've been larger.. and to add a second smaller one in the opposite corner (hot light that's ON but not bright enough to add any light to the final image). Other than that, good job!
