I set up the lights and everything went smooth as butter. Heck, I even got the softboxes build without a hitch (maybe a minute or two each). When I was trying to meter then I ran into my problem - either the Skyport receivers on both units don't work (yes, I setup the lights and turn on skyport and set the frequency) or the transmitter doesn't work. Oh well, I'll call B&H on Monday and see what they want to do. In the mean time I used the included PC cord to meter and used my 580EX on lowest power bounced off the ceiling to trigger the lights for the pictures.

Here's my first shot - and yeah, I think I need to back off a little on the fill but overall I'm pretty happy. It's nice to have a model that's always willing to help for the low low cost of a dog cookie. Heck, it was just a part of a dog cookie and it caused this reaction.

Yep, he's a Swissy. My wife and I really like the sennenhund but she likes long hair and I like short hair so we compromised and got two dogs. Schumi is our Swissy and Enzo is our Bernese Mountain Dog.

Nope, no photoshopping necessary. That's 100% Grade A organic slobber.
